The whole celing over the bed needs to be redone, as well as the ceiling in the 'kitchen' and probably the bathroom. So- in a nut shell, there is about 4 feet of ceiling space that is perfect. Translation? The WHOLE ceiling needs to be replaced. Luckily, the floorboards are in good shape, even under the sinks and cabinets.
Still, for $800, it looks like a good deal. Now you have to promise you'll come to VA when you hit the road! Katie and I are both here, though our cities are about 5 1/2 hours apart.
