oops. oh Well! one can never have too mich yarn?

I went to the store after two skeins of navy blue yarn and several nautical themed buttons and some snaps for a baby gift. I came home with Seven skeins of Loose Threads impeccable in folklore, and sans everything else.

Do you think a rainbow sweater might br a bit overwhelming for an adult? Perhaps on anyone other than myself. I think I can pull it off!
